What happens after I place my order?

After placing your order, please
check your email inbox for a confirmation email, which will let you know that
we've received your order. Once your item has shipped, you will receive a
follow-up email with tracking details. We strive to process and ship all orders
within 2 business days.

What is your return/refund policy?

We have a 5-day exchange policy which
means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a exchange.

How do I make a return?

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the
following return conditions are met:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and in resalable condition.
  • Products must be in their original packaging with tags still attached.
  • Items should be securely packaged for transit, with the return label clearly visible on the parcel.
  • Clearance or sales item are final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

  2. In you email kindly, include a brief explanation for the return or exchange, the item(s) you wish to return and if applicable, the item(s) you would like to exchange for.
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 1-3 business days with approval for further instructions.

Australia:
Standard shipping

My shipping information is incorrect, what do I do to fix this?

To
update your details, please email support@ariaessentials.com.au

However,
if your item has already been shipped, for the quickest resolution, we
recommend contacting the courier service directly to inform them of your
address change.

What do I do if my order hasn’t arrived in the time frame?

Occasionally,
delays with our courier may happen. We kindly ask that you allow up to 14
business days for your parcel to arrive. You will receive a shipping
confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor the progress of
your parcel.
